We are looking to hire a recruitment researcher to join the team to support our lead consultants recruiting for senior roles mainly in the middle east. You will bring your market experience, use your excellent communication skills to source the best talent for our clients.
This is a candidate-focused role, supporting senior management to headhunt and attract talent from our key markets. The role involves administration, database management, mapping out markets, headhunting candidates and successfully managing all candidate communication.
Details:
- Mon-Fri / 10-6pm CET
- 20 Holiday days (plus MK or UK bank holidays)
- Flexible working (home and/or Skopje office available)
We are looking for:
- Bright, enthusiastic and hardworking
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Highly communicative and personable character
- Middle East executive search experience
- Strong LinkedIn skills
- Capable and experienced with speaking to mid to senior level candidates
- Experience within the Engineering sector would be an advantage as well as Energy
What does success look like:
- Able to work on 2 positions per week
- Reduce the time spent by senior recruitment consultants on time spent on candidate search
- Update and maintain an organised candidate database
- Keep candidates engaged and informed
