We are a global network of freelancers, consultants, and advisors, operating across the marketing mix including PR & Communications, Digital, Events, Social, Content, Design, and more. Our bespoke award-winning technology powers a digital marketplace that matches and connects businesses with relevant freelancers from our network, and also acts as a freelance management platform centralising invoices, contracts, and workflow.

Our platform includes built-in messaging, resource centre, video interviews, timesheets, invoicing, and more. With operations in the UK, Europe, MENA, and the US, we have over 4,300 pre-approved freelancers and over 11,500 within our wider network, alongside 3,500 registered client members. We are set to become the largest community of marketing and communication freelancers globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and advise on the right talent solutions to meet them.
  • Recruitment: Manage and assist in the hiring process to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Business Development: Help build out our markets, identify new opportunities, and develop additional business pipelines.
  • Freelancer Outreach: Identify and invite best-in-class talent to our network, handle onboarding, and provide customer support.
  • Marketing: Act as an ambassador for our brand, engage in marketing efforts and events, and collaborate with marketing teams to develop new campaigns and business opportunities.
  • Partnerships: Develop and build partnerships with third parties who share a similar customer base, values, and offer complementary services.
  • Research: Assist in building our interim and advisory division by identifying the best talent for our clients.
  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively to ensure client and freelancer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree educated.
  • Experience and Background:
    • At least one year of work experience in a relevant sector such as PR, digital, or marketing, or a real passion for these fields.
    • Candidates with experience in hospitality, sales, acting or administration are also of interest, especially those with a passion for customer success and an interest in marketing and communications.
