The Role
Are you an experienced recruiter looking for a role that focuses more on account management and candidate engagement? This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your expertise in recruitment while developing shortlists and conducting in-depth candidate interviews. You’ll play a key role in ensuring we match the best talent with our clients’ needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end candidate delivery process for key client accounts.
  • Develop shortlists of high-caliber professionals in marketing, communications, and public affairs.
  • Conduct interviews via phone or video to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate closely with senior recruiters and consultants to meet client hiring needs.
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with candidates.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends to identify top talent in the market.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in recruitment (preferably C-lvl)
  • Marketing, communications, or public affairs is an advantage
  • Strong interviewing skills and a passion for candidate engagement.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines.
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
