We're looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and travel-ready Junior Event Manager to join our team and help us deliver world-class experiences that inspire and connect our community.

The Role
As a Junior Event Manager, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring each event runs smoothly from concept to execution. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the behind-the-scenes magic that makes our events unforgettable. You'll be working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where every detail matters. The goal of this position is to keep and enhance the high standards of excellence that Fast Growth Icons is known for, reflected in an event net promoter score of 75 or higher.


What You'll Do

  • The Event Manager will report directly to the Head of Operations, collaborating closely to ensure all events meet or exceed established benchmarks of success.
  • Plan and Execute: Support the planning and execution of exclusive events across Europe. From managing timelines to coordinating logistics, you'll keep everything on track, including venue coordination and negotiations.
  • Maintain event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
  • Client-Facing Communication: Be the friendly, professional point of contact for clients and attendees, handling inquiries with confidence and grace.
  • Detail and Process Mastery: Keep things running like clockwork by managing processes and schedules with precision.
  • Travel the World: Be ready to travel internationally to oversee on-site event management and ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with our tight-knit team, vendors, and partners to deliver a seamless experience.
  • Use Your Tech Savvy: Google Suite, Excel, and Salesforce—to track details, manage data, and communicate effectively.
