Job Description:

We are seeking a confident, smart, and experienced Customer Support Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the frontline of our customer support operations, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service. Your ability to handle telephone and video calls with confidence and professionalism, coupled with your reliability and trustworthiness, will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the customer support team to ensure efficient and effective resolution of customer inquiries.
  • We use Freshdesk for customer communication. Handle customer interactions via telephone, Live chat, email, and video calls, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Address customer issues and queries with a calm and solutions-oriented approach - focusing on an exceptional experience while educating the customer, especially when it comes to using the golf simulator software (Trackman).
  • Remotely monitor the self-service facilities to ensure golfer safety.
  • Monitor and analyse customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to help build a seamless customer experience that can scale.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer support management role.
  • Excellent communication skills with a confident telephone and video call manner.
  • A proactive and self-starter approach to work is crucial
  • Demonstrated reliability and trustworthiness in previous roles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Interest in golf is a big plus (or a desire to learn), as it will help you connect with our customer base. We all share a passion for the sport!
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
