Their flagship RecFest events are held annually in the UK and USA and attract 5000 attendees and hundreds of sponsors and vendors. They are true innovators in events creation and delivery. Their events offer commercial sponsorship opportunities, providing a platform for industry vendors to connect with influential TA professionals.

What we are looking for

We are looking for a very organised individual with super attention to detail to join our growing Customer Success team. Somebody with some experience in admin or operations who is looking to use that experience to help grow the success function and provide sponsors with a top-class experience. Also, somebody who is keen to learn new things constantly and work in a dynamic events environment.

You will be responsible for:

  • Inventory management across multiple events and platforms
  • Responding to tickets and requests from sponsors, addressing concerns and resolving their issues
  • Data input, adding new sponsors to the CRM and making sure that they receive their onboarding packs
  • Work closely with other team departments
  • Ensuring internal software is up to date with respective client materials.
  • Some lead building in quiet periods between events
  • Post event administration

What skills & experience you’ll bring to us:

  • You must be organised, methodical and detail orientated
  • Good understanding and skills using spreadsheets (Excel, Sheets)
  • Basic knowledge of CRMs and ideally Monday.com
  • Excellent written English and good spoken English
  • Outstanding time management skills
  • Solid experience in B2B, events, or recruitment
  • Ideally 1-2 years in and English-speaking admin or operations role
