What we are looking for
We are looking for a confident, outgoing and motivated Junior Marketing professional to join our exciting startup journey. You will be an experienced copywriter responsible for delivery of our content marketing strategy across our socials, email, blog and website. Experience of creating usage on a platform and driving user engagement.
This role is suited to someone who wants to get in early with a company that has huge ambitions and has already begun disrupting its market.
You will be responsible for:
- Lead the delivery and creation of our content marketing, encompassing social media, email, blog and website channels
- Manage and optimise our presence across social media platforms (incl. Twitter and LinkedIn), including content creation, posting schedules, and community engagement
- Responsible for copywriting across all marketing activities maintaining Synapse tone of voice and staying true to brand identity
- Show initiative to identify other areas within the business where you can assist and add value
What skills & experience you’ll bring to us:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a cross-functional team
- Experience of copywriting in English for a B2B audience but with a more consumer tone
- Strong understanding of how best to engage two distinct audience groups
- Proficiency in social media platforms, email marketing platforms e.g. Hubspot, Buffer
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for driving innovation and achieving results
- Experience of using Canva and content creation tools
